Careers Hub
Conversion of an old Butchers in Loughborough Town Centre. Complete rip out back to brick followed by total fit out. M&E, Dry Lining, Suspended Ceilings, Architectural Glazing, Joinery, Flooring, Brick Slips, Scorched Ply and Painting.

Chilwell Road
Creation of an access road in Chilwell. We created a reinforced concrete road for deliveries, dustbin lorries and pedestrians. We We used K form for speed which helped complete this project in a short amount of time.

External Refurbishment
This listed building was in need of refurbishment. There was a lot of rotten timber, damaged windows and flaking paintwork. We had to carry this work out with the building listed status in mind throughout. It was a challenging project mainly due to access which we overcame using MEWPS and Scaffolding.

Science Block Fit Out
This project required a complete rip out of an existing English Block at a School. We then carried out a complete fit out and created a new science block. Focus was on specification throughout this project. It was very technical and required a skilled trades people to carry out the install. Ventilation was critical for the science labs because of the chemicals and g\as being used in every classroom. The ability to isolate the services automatically was also a necessity. The slightest leak or change in pressure resulted in the complete shut down of the services. Due to a castle next door we had to be careful when retro fitting chimney's, these required cranes and structural supports being created in the roof space.
